Our Mission Our mission is to create a love of reading and writing in students by providing them with a unique opportunity to meet and learn from authors. We believe that by connecting students with authors, we can inspire a lifelong love of literature and learning. What We Offer Author Talks: Our authors give interactive and engaging talks to students, sharing their experiences, writing tips, and stories behind their books. Workshops: Hands-on writing workshops where students can learn the craft of writing, get feedback, and take away valuable tips and techniques. Book Signings: Meet-and-greet sessions where students can get their books signed and take photos with the authors. Q&A Sessions: Open forums where students can ask questions, share their thoughts, and discuss their favorite books with the authors. For AuthorsBook Your Author is a service offered to BIPOC authors to help them gain exposure in schools around the country creating an impactful experience.
